Standard Cleaning

  • BATHROOMS :
  • Clean all tiles, tubs, sinks, countertops, and toilets. Wipe all light fixtures, cabinets, and mirrors. Polish all chrome faucets. Dust all your bathroom knick-knacks. Empty trash cans. Wash baseboards and floors.
  • KITCHEN:
  • Wipe the outside of all appliances and cabinets. Clean the top of the stove and the inside of the microwave. Clean all countertops, backsplashes, and sinks. Empty the trash cans and insert clean bags. Wash baseboards and floors.
  • ALL ROOMS:
  • Dust furniture, lampshades, pictures, knick-knacks, windowsills, basic light fixtures, and baseboards. All glass tops and mirrors. Wash floors and/or vacuum carpets and area rugs.
  • BY SPECIAL REQUEST ONLY
  • Wash all inside windows (with the ceiling not higher than 8 feet) or dry dust blinds.

  • Wash all inside windows (with the ceiling not higher than 8 feet) or dry dust blinds.
  • SERVICE RESTRICTIONS:
  • Our ladies are not allowed to climb on or use any ladders. A small step stool can be provided by a customer for a crew to use.

Common Areas

  • Cleaning lobbies (doors, glass, etc.), washing floors, vacuuming carpers, cleaning of elevator (floor and walls), dusting, pick up any visible trash inside
  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Full day access (8am - 5pm) to the building by giving a key or a door code, electricity outlets inside the building (for vacuuming purpose only), and if possible warm water.
  • SERVICE RESTRICTIONS:
  • Our ladies are not allowed to climb any ladders, clean/scrub any painted walls or other painted surfaces, and wash unpainted concrete or unpainted metal surfaces (floors). Also, the service do not includes cleaning of any outside or non-heated areas such as garages or covered porches.

Recurring Service

$ 32
per hour / maid
  • The automatic repeating regular cleaning sessions can be set up only after the first time appointment. The recurring service has to be scheduled for the same day, arrival window and a frequency up to once every four weeks. The discounted rate can be applied to the standard cleanings only.

Important to Know

What to expect from V Maids each visit

• VMaids always keeps scheduled appointments

• you will be notified immediately in case we are unable to get to you on time

• properly trained and experienced two-ladies team will clean your home

• here is at least one English speaking maid in every crew

Minimum cleaning time per trip

• 1.5 hour for 2 maids ($105 – standard, $114 – deep, $120 move cleaning)

• 1 hour for 2 maids ($64 – building common areas)

Services we do not provide

• green cleaning (we provide only standard commercial cleaning products)

• post-renovation / remodeling cleaning

• laundry (washing, folding or organizing)

• organizing / relocating of items or clothes

• carpet cleaning (only vacuuming)

• cleaning of any outside surfaces or areas (windows, doors and glass, balconies, patios, etc.)

• cleaning of any interior portion of a window frame (we clean only glass)

• clean/scrub any painted walls or other painted surfaces

• cleaning any non-heated areas such as garages, covered porches or sun rooms

• wash unpainted concrete or metal surfaces (floors).

• washing extensive amount of dishes or large pieces

• climbing any ladders (only steps stools)

• cleaning of any excrement

• moving any heavy furniture, items or appliances (fridge, stove, dresser, etc.)

Cancellation policy

We kindly ask for at least 2 full business days notice for cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment. Once you make an appointment with V Maids a time slot is reserved for you and we reject other potential customers in order to ensure your appointment. In the event of cancellation with less than 2 business day notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. Same applies if our ladies cannot access your building or a unit due to a key, a code or a lock issue.

Parking policy

Our customers need to cover all parking fees our maids incur while on the job. If possible a crew will always park on a free spot. In case no free parking is available around your building a driver will need to park on a meter, at a garage or at a parking lot.

Email reminders

You can ask to set up an automatic email time reminders to be send on a business day before each scheduled appointment.

Call from a crew

There is no problem for us to instruct a scheduled crew to call you before (30 minutes maximum) or upon the arrival.

Response time

We do our best to answer each email or a voicemail within 3 office hours.
