We will take care of everything for you; however, if you wish to provide supplies or perhaps any necessary equipment please let us know. We would only kindly ask to leave out a working vacuum if you have one.
We kindly ask our customers to pick up toys, clothing and other similar items before an arrival, so ladies can effectively focus their time and efforts on an efficient cleaning.
You can certainly stay home during a cleaning, but it is definitely not required. Some of our customers provide a door code, or a lock box code or keys. We will always give keys to a crew only when scheduled to visit your house. Also, a doorman can let a crew in because our ladies are trained to work alone without any necessary instructions.
Many of our customers have their preferred team, and we do our best to send those maids whenever possible. However, there might be some unexpected emergency situation such as accident or ladies get sick. You do not have to be worry then because all our ladies are trained the same way, so even with another crew the quality of work would not be dramatically different.
The service can be scheduled after an initial appointment. We can usually accommodate a frequency up to every 4 weeks on the same day. The appointments will be automatically generated for the desired frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks), and you do not have to schedule any following cleaning sessions. We ask our customers for wide arrival window as possible. Most of our recurring clients gave us a key (or a doorman can let ladies in), so we can send a team during the day. For example between 8am – 5pm. The discounted recurring service rate of $22/h/maid can be applied to the standard cleaning type only.
We ask our customers to pay directly at the end of the job; cash or check is accepted. If the customer is not present when the job is finished an orange card will be left with a total amount and our mailing address on it. Our customers are required to pay for the service at the earliest convenience. We also accept Chase QuickPay (no processing fee, email@example.com), credit card payments by Visa or Master Card (a $5 processing fee applies), or PayPal payments (please add a $5 processing fee to the total amount).
Yes. Your complete satisfaction, and a cleaner home is guaranteed. If you are not entirely pleased with our services please contact us within 24 hours of your service day, and we will happily send a crew to re-clean the area in question at no cost.
Sure! It is the best and the most convenient way how to allow our crews enter your building and your unit for each scheduled appointment. Please note if we receive keys from you and there will be no additional scheduled visits we would need to charge $10 fee to ship the keys back to you if requested.
